収集する情報 / Information We Collect
CueFrame では、ルーティン名、通知時刻、繰り返し設定、通知表示に関する内容、ユーザーが選択した画像や動画に関する設定情報など、アプリの動作に必要な情報を取り扱います。お問い合わせをいただいた場合は、メールアドレスや本文に含まれる情報を受け取ることがあります。
CueFrame handles information needed for app functionality, such as routine titles, notification times, repeat settings, notification content, and settings related to images or videos selected by the user. If you contact us, we may receive your email address and any information included in your message.
将来的に品質向上のための分析や障害確認の仕組みを導入する場合は、必要な範囲の技術情報を取り扱うことがあります。その場合は、本ポリシーやアプリ内の案内を見直します。
If analytics or crash-reporting features are introduced in the future to improve the app, limited technical information may be handled as needed. If that happens, this policy and in-app notices may be updated.
情報の利用目的 / How We Use Information
取得または取り扱う情報は、ルーティンの保存、通知の表示、選択したメディアの表示、サポート対応、アプリの品質改善など、CueFrame の提供と運用に必要な目的で利用します。
Information handled by CueFrame is used to provide and operate the app, including saving routines, showing notifications, displaying selected media, responding to support requests, and improving app quality.
端末内データについて / On-Device Data
CueFrame は基本的にローカル利用を前提としており、ルーティン設定、通知に関する情報、ユーザーが選択したメディアに関する参照情報などは、主に利用端末内で管理されます。ユーザーがアプリ内で削除した情報は、その操作に応じて端末から削除されます。
CueFrame is designed primarily for local use. Routine settings, notification-related information, and references to user-selected media are generally managed on the user's device. When information is deleted within the app, it is removed from the device according to that action.
第三者サービス / Third-Party Services
CueFrame は、アプリの配布や OS 機能の提供に関連して、Apple や iOS の標準機能に依存する場合があります。今後、分析や障害確認などのために第三者サービスを導入する場合は、必要性を踏まえて選定し、本ポリシーに反映します。
CueFrame may rely on Apple services or standard iOS features for app distribution and platform functionality. If third-party services are introduced in the future for analytics, diagnostics, or related purposes, they will be selected based on necessity and reflected in this policy.
データ共有 / Data Sharing
開発者は、ユーザーの個人情報を販売することを意図していません。ユーザーが自ら問い合わせを行った場合、法令に基づく対応が必要な場合、または将来的に運用上必要な委託先が生じた場合を除き、情報を第三者と共有することは想定していません。
The developer does not intend to sell users' personal information. Information is generally not expected to be shared with third parties except when the user contacts us directly, when disclosure is required by law, or when service providers become reasonably necessary for app operations in the future.
データの保管と管理 / Data Retention and Management
アプリ内で利用する設定やルーティン情報は、基本的にユーザーの端末上に保管されます。お問い合わせメールは、対応に必要な範囲で一定期間保持することがあります。不要になった情報は、合理的な範囲で削除または整理します。
Settings and routine information used by the app are generally stored on the user's device. Support emails may be retained for a reasonable period as needed to respond to inquiries. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or organized within a reasonable scope.
お子様の利用 / Children's Privacy
CueFrame は特定の年齢層を対象に個人情報を積極的に収集することを意図していません。保護者の方が、お子様が個人情報を送信したと考える場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
